Outplacement

Unfortunately reorganising your organisation is necessary in some cases. Topshore offers different outplacement programs in order to make sure your staff is accompanied in the search for a new challenge outside of your organisation. We offer three type of programs; A, B and C.

 

Roadmap:

Each candidate will go through the following steps with us. Based on the selected program the candidate will receive specific guidance within that program. The three programs are explained below. Download the Outplacement Template (B) here (in Dutch).

  1. Inventory (intake, assessments and profiling)
  2. Positioning (Resume,letter, social media etc.)
  3. Orienting (Company scan, recruitment)
  4. Applying (Job interview etc.)

 

Program A

(2 months)

  • Personal intake on location or digital
  • Resume and motivational letter feedback and advice
  • Social Media / LinkedIn training
  • Job interview training

 

Program B

(4 months)

  • Personal intake on location or digital
  • Resume and motivational letter feedback and advice
  • Social Media / LinkedIn training
  • Job interview training
  • Weekly contact and accompaniment
  • Assessments including discussion of the results
  • Job advice including company scan
  • Active recruitment for the candidate
  • Present on location based on the wants and needs of the client

 

Program C

(2 years)

  • Personal intake on location or digital
  • Resume and motivational letter feedback and advice
  • Social Media / LinkedIn training
  • Job interview training
  • Weekly contact and accompaniment
  • Assessments including discussion of the results
  • Job advice including company scan
  • Active recruitment for the candidate
  • Present on location based on the wants and needs of the client
  • Accompaniment until a new job is found
